International Journal of Physical Therapy Research & Practice (IJPRP) is the official journal of the Saudi Physical Therapy Association (SPTA) which is committed at being a dynamic, professional and innovative organisation, to promote research & evidence based practice in Physical Therapy, so that a firm scientific knowledge base is developed, from which more effective Physical Therapy practice may be evolved. IJPRP is designed to promote communication within the international rehabilitation to promote excellence in education and practice. The mission of the SPTA is to identify and share common issues, themes and strategies for the enhancement of standards of professional care.

The IJPRP is an international peer reviewed journal which intends to serve researchers through prompt publication of significant advances, and to provide a forum for the reporting and discussion of news and issues concerning Physical Therapy profession. To ensure that the results of the research are rapidly disseminated to the practicing clinicians and educators throughout the world, in a fashion that conveys their significance for knowledge, culture and daily life.

All the accepted research articles will be published in full on www.IJOPRP.com with open access and no limits on word counts. Our mission is to lead the debate on health and to engage, inform, and stimulate Physical Therapists, researchers, and other health professionals in ways that will improve outcomes for patients. The IJPRP has a truly global editorial team with representatives from across the world.  Our objective is to inform authors of the decision on their manuscript(s) within four weeks of submission. Following acceptance, a paper will normally be published in the next issue.
